You maintain full copyright ownership over the raw conceptual expression of your life's work submitted in the brief.

By submitting, you grant Imprint Studio Co a non-exclusive, secure, royalty-free license to index, analyze, and process your narrative insights internally via our automated CRM architecture to determine strategic alignment.

4. Automated Operations & Communication Boundaries

Our agency utilizes advanced data networks and automated processing channels to manage client onboarding pipelines without administrative friction.

By opting in via our structured intake forms, you authorize our automated core engine to dispatch high-status operational notifications, digital brief receipts, and calendar scheduling frameworks to your provided credentials.

We do not guarantee uncompromised carrier transit times. Automated text or email delivery may vary based on external telecommunication networks. You retain the right to terminate these automated workflows at any time by executing standard opt-out commands.

5. Limitation of Liability & Strategic Disclaimers
